Time may change me, But I can't trace time…
For the first time in a while we are holding an in-person Funding Fair. There’s a great range of funders attending – and there’s bound to be coffee and biscuits – so if you fancy a look there’s a link here:

Part of me wants to say that there’s never been a more crucial time for organisations to be looking for available funding but let’s be honest that’s every day in the charitable sector. I often say that third sector organisations are excellent at adapting to new environments and ‘flexing’ services to meet emerging demands. Adaptability is something that’s valued in all businesses of course – and community and voluntary organisations tend to have that ability to adapt baked in.
As funding landscapes change we adapt and funders are changing too. For example BBC Children in Need, in a change to their strategy, have recently announced that they will now directly fund charities’ core costs. Exorcising a lot of organisations right now, of course, is concerns around the cost of living crisis and this change by a major funder will I’m sure be warmly welcomed. Come along to the ‘Fair’ and hear from Children In Need and many, many more.
Regards the cost of living crisis - we have a page here on our site that we’re looking to update regularly as additional support becomes available:

As always if you can share this information with any contacts that you have who may be interested we would be very much obliged.
Speak soon - all the best
