Saltire Awards is Scottish Government’s national youth volunteer awards. They celebrate, recognise and reward the commitment, contribution and achievements of young volunteers in Scotland, aged between 12 and 25. Young people gain nationally recognised certificates for the different amounts of volunteering they do. There are four milestones to the Awards designed to help you celebrate your volunteering journey - The Challenge; The Ascent; The Approach; The Summit.

Coronavirus & Volunteering
In order to ensure volunteer safety and wellbeing at this time we offer our member organisations, and members of the public who wish to volunteer at this time, safeguarding guidance and advice.
We encourage diversifying volunteer opportunities and programmes through innovation and creative thinking, including greater digital involvement, to ensure no one is at unnecessary risk through volunteering.
We manage the COVID-19 Renfrewshire Volunteer Reserve and deployment of its members. The reserve was initiated to support our third sector members and partners by providing a focal point for those wishing to volunteer in response to the ongoing coronavirus epidemic. By signing up to the reserve its members understand that they may not be called upon in the immediate short term. Their services may be required in a week, a month, or indeed never.
If you are an individual and would like to join the reserve please click on the button above.
If you are an Engage Renfrewshire member or volunteer group active in Renfrewshire and are looking to adapt your volunteer programme at this time, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org
