This workshop provides an in-depth look at the SCIO (Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation), a legal form for charities with a head office in Scotland.  The workshop will focus on the key features as well as provide guidance on how you form a new SCIO or convert your existing charity into a SCIO.  The workshop will highlight the considerations during the lifecycle of a SCIO from incorporation to wind up.
