This session will be led by the Just Enterprise partner Impact Hub Inverness team and will cover the following aspects of roles & responsibilities for directors & trustees:
- Legal obligations
- Specific officer bearer roles and their practical implications
- Broader implications that should be taken into account when running a charity
There will also be an opportunity for Q&As with the event hosts
The session will be held on Zoom and the link will be sent out the morning of the event. We would encourage you to have your camera and microphone on, wherever possible, to be able to participate fully.
