Governance MOT Health Check

• This workshop is to review the governance of your social enterprise to ensure that it meets the expected standards of good governance – similar to an MOT. 
• We will look at what is best practice and how you can implement ‘pit stops’ to review your structures and processes to support the board, and ensure systems are aligned with your organisation’s purpose and objectives.  
• This will be an interactive session setting goals for your organisation, examining your current systems, options for improvement (and the obstacles) and establishing tangible outcomes to take back to the office.  
• This session is best suited for boards and/or CEO’s of established organisations, as it offers an opportunity to review current processes for decision-making and effectiveness.
