AI in the Real World (Intro) **FREE EVENT**
03/11/2025
1230 - 1330
How Charities and Community Groups can use AI Effectively.
This 60-minute jargon-free online session introduces artifical intelligence ina clear and accessible way. Aimed at third sector staff and volunteers, it demystifies what AI is (and what it isn't), while showing how tools like ChatGPT, Canva Magic, DALL-E, and Teachable Machine can support real-world charity work, from communications and social media to admin and fundraising.
No technical background is required. The session includes live demos, practical examples, and real use cases. We'll also touch on key concerns like online scams, accessibility, and ethical use; especially when working with vulnerable groups or older adults.
Ideal for anyone curious about what AI means for their work and how to get started safely and meaningfully.
Please note this session is limited to 15 spaces.
