ACOSVO - Transforming Leadership Programme Day 3

The Transforming Leadership Programme is back! Updated to support our members with the complex challenges in the fast-moving environment they are leading their organisations through in 2024. Led by Joette Thomas of Animate Consulting, this programme offers structured, facilitated time for voluntary sector leaders to slow down, reflect, take stock and consider new possibilities for yourselves and your organisations – offering time to think.

You will learn, and apply, tools and theories from organisational development, positive psychology, and neuroscience with a focus on resourcing yourself and your wider organisation to sustain resilience as things continue changing in our organisations and the world they are serving. We will think about a range of key topics, including:

- Organisational change – planning and working with it, supporting others through it
- Motivating individuals and teams through enabling their best

- Organisational culture in a hybrid, multi-generational team

You will be part of a ‘community of practice’ over four months, a unique opportunity to share experiences, challenges, top tips and develop fresh perspectives and ideas for strengthening yourself and your organisation. To fully benefit from this programme you must attend all sessions. The final date of the programme will be set by the cohort to best fit with the needs of the group.
