Funding and Organisation Development Officer

As the Funding and Organisation Development Officer , I support local community groups and voluntary organisations in their development and growth. Within my role, I providing guidance on governance, organisational development, and sustainable fundraising. I also deliver training to help build the capacity of our members.

I have extensive experience working with a wide variety of community groups, supporting them in sustainable operations.  I have previously worked with managing volunteer recruitment, designing community programs, and strengthening local networks. Additionally, I have led successful initiatives in areas such as digital inclusion, emergency food provision, and community engagement, always aiming to ensure that services are accessible, sustainable and impactful.

Through collaboration and capacity building, I am committed to empowering organisations and helping groups achieve their goals, ultimately creating stronger, more resilient communities.
