Payroll Officer

I joined Engage Renfrewshire in 2012 originally for 6 months with CJS (Community Jobs Scotland) as Front of House Assistant, during this time on occasion I would assist with administration duties for Engage’s Finance Team. After I completed the 6 months CJS, Engage offered me the post of Finance Administrator to which lead me to become a Trainee Accounts Assistant. I left Engage in 2015 for a year and returned in 2016 as the Finance Administrator, since then I have moved to Payroll Assistant.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Processing payroll on a weekly basis for over 90 clients/organisations
• Weekly Pension administration
• Payroll weekly & monthly schedules both internally & externally
• Registering new clients
• Weekly updating of social media

Last year, I completed a Modern Apprenticeship in Payroll Level 3 SCQF Level 6.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my nieces and nephews; going on roadtrips with my friends and watching the football.
