Just Enterprise - Business Planning for Community Led Social Enterprise Part 2

  28/04/2021

  9.30am - 12pm

Business planning within the context of community led social enterprise has a range of wider factors to consider such as community involvement, sense of ‘place’, available assets and priority issues. Community led social enterprises can also vary considerably – for example from running a local hall with minimal turnover to managing a range of assets, from renewables to land.

Specifically developed for those working or volunteering within community led social enterprises, this workshop will provide an overview of the range of elements that can assist in building a strong business plan with links and information on accessible supplementary resources and tools to support ongoing planning, delivery and development.

This workshop will be delivered virtually over 2 x half day sessions which will be fully interactive and draw on participants’ own experiences. Topics covered will include: Defining Your Community, Engagement Needs and Opportunities, Stakeholder Engagement, Social Impact, Understanding Your Market, Roles & Responsibilities, Financial Planning, Business Planning Tools, delivery and review.
