IN-Ren Network Facilitator
The IN-Ren (Integration Network Renfrewshire) is a forum acting to ensure that ethnically diverse communities’ voices are being heard and involved in local services and decisions. Through my work, I provide support to the members of the network, with a focus on improving the quality of life for our diverse ethnic communities. Through systemic change and promoting cultural understanding, the network strives to develop better services through collaborative approach.
I’ve been actively working in the third sector since 2006, with local charities and international NGO´s in Scotland, Palestine, Jordan, Australia and Spain. I’ve specialised in supporting underserved communities in a variety of projects through case work, community events and training delivery. I’m passionate about Human Rights, equity and diversity as well as community engagement.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me travelling, walking in nature, dancing or trying a new exciting world dish (better if it’s homemade!)
