Keely Wilkinson
Community Officer
As the Community Officer, I lead work focused on preventing harm from tobacco, second-hand smoke, and vaping across Renfrewshire. With a targeted focus on early years, children, and families, I work directly with local community and third sector organisations to support those most at risk of harm. My role is a partnership between the Renfrewshire HSCP Health Improvement Team and Engage Renfrewshire, ensuring we serve our local communities to improve health and wellbeing and reduce health inequalities. This is achieved through increasing awareness of tobacco-related harm, sharing resources, and connecting people with Quit Your Way services.
With a background spanning digital health, homelessness, mental health, and disability, prevention has always been central to my practice. Collaboration is a core value for me, and I’m passionate about working across sectors to reduce health inequalities and ensure equitable access to support for people in Renfrewshire.
I hold a Master’s degree in Health Psychology and apply my expertise in health promotion and behaviour change to all aspects of my work.
Outside of work, I’m most likely outdoors—running, walking, or trying (often unsuccessfully) to master a new hobby.
