SEPA Community Engagement Survey

We are seeking views on how to contact and engage with our services, so we can be more customer-focused, accessible, and inclusive for everyone who works with us or needs to use our services.

The feedback from this survey will shape how we work with people, communities, and organisations across Scotland, including the development of our customer service approach, accessibility strategy, and Equality Outcomes.

This short survey is an opportunity for people to tell us:

  • How well SEPA works for them and their community
  • How easy it is to contact us or find the information they need
  • Whether they feel we listen, act reasonably, and include everyone
  • What we could do to make it easier to engage with us
