Closing soon – have your say on stop smoking support!
A big thank you to everyone who has taken the time to complete our survey so far. Your feedback will help shape future work and resources to support people to stop smoking.

There’s still time to take part — please share the survey with any colleagues who may be relevant and scan or click the QR code above to access the survey directly.

Who can take part?
The survey is anonymous and open to anyone who provides direct support to people as part of their role. You do not need to currently support someone who smokes, and you do not need to have made a referral to stop smoking services to take part. We want to hear from staff who may have an opportunity to raise the topic of smoking or signpost someone to support, as well as those who may not currently do this. Your responses will help us understand what makes it easier or more difficult for staff to raise the topic of smoking and connect people with stop smoking support.

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and share it with relevant colleagues before it closes.
Your views can help shape future support.

Many thanks

Bipolar Unfiltered

A free introductory session for people working or volunteering in communities to build their understanding and awareness of bipolar.

When people think about bipolar, they often think about mood swings, highs and lows, or periods of mania and depression. But there is much more to living with bipolar than this.

During this relaxed and interactive session, we'll lift the lid on some of the things that aren't always talked about. Lived experience insights are woven throughout, helping to give a more personal and meaningful understanding of what bipolar can look and feel like in everyday life.

Community Heritage Climate Action Planning

Keep Scotland Beautiful is Scotland’s charity inspiring action for the environment. We support Scotland’s communities to recognise the value of their places and heritage and inspire action to protect them.
As part of the Our Heritage, Our Future programme we’re offering FREE community heritage and climate action planning for groups across Scotland.

We have created a new brochure for interested community groups to learn more about the support we can offer. Through a range of workshops and activities, our team can help your group identify local heritage, learn about climate change, engage the wider community and identify short, medium and long-term actions.

The brochure can be viewed here: https://www.keepscotlandbeautiful.org/media/slebpecp/a5-chcap-brochure.pdf

We’re looking to for groups to work with us over the coming winter months. If this is of interest to you and your community, please contact communities@keepscotlandbeautiful.org as soon as possible.
