With Time to Talk day this week we want to hightlight The Mind to Mind campaign.

The Mind to Mind campaign has been designed to help normalise discussions around mental health and wellbeing, and promotes the dedicated NHS inform site as a trusted resource to help people who may be facing challenges with their mental wellbeing.

The Mind to Mind website features lived experience videos to give people the tools they need to help them manage their own mental wellbeing. The videos are bite-sized and include a range of people talking about their own challenges around mental wellbeing and what they do to cope. Topics covered include dealing with anxiety and panic, handling stress, loneliness and isolation, lifting mood, coping with money worries and moving through grief.

Additional Resources

In addition to the Mind to Mind Stakeholder Toolkit, we now have an additional Mind to Mind Ethnic Minority Stakeholder Toolkit help support ethnic minority audiences.

Additional resources include:

The campaign resources can be downloaded via the SG Communications Resource Centre - Mind to Mind
