Good Shepherd Centre
Residential Child Care Worker
As a Residential Child Care Worker, you will build trusting relationships with young people, support them through daily routines and activities, and work as part of a team to create a safe, nurturing environment where they can develop confidence, coping skills and hope for the future. The Good Shepherd Centre (GSC) campus just outside Bishopton offers young people a safe, nurturing and caring environment set in fabulous grounds with a garden wildlife trail and outdoor sports facility. On-campus there are three secure care houses, a close support house & a semi-independent living cottage. Young people who live with us continue their education in our on-campus school or attend further education off campus.Closing date 9th August


Renfrewshire Carers Centre
Fundraising & Development Officer
This is a new and exciting role for the Centre. As an experienced Fundraising Officer, you will review and develop our fundraising strategy with an underpinning communication plan. You will manage the funding applications and will build relationships and flourish when working with funders and colleagues. This role will involve working across our organisation to develop proposals, secure financial support and sustainable partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying and sourcing funding opportunities through large funders or small grants. Closing date 12th August


Scottish Huntington's Association
Huntington’s Disease Specialist
It’s an exciting time to be part of Scottish Huntington’s Association with the implementation of Standing Tall: A Strategy For Growth 2023 – 28 to transform the care and support of Huntington’s families, expand services, raise awareness and deepen our involvement and support for world-leading research and clinical trials. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and motivated to have a positive influence on the quality of life of the individuals and families they support. This role is open to medical and health and social care staff from backgrounds such as nursing, allied health, social work and medicine. Professional body membership is essential. Previous experience of Huntington’s disease is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided. Closing date 14th August
