Operations Manager
Sculpture House Collective in Paisley are seeking an Operations Manager for a 14 hour (2 days) per week, one-year fixed-term freelance position, with the hope of extension dependent on securing further funding.
The Operations Manager at Sculpture House is a central role, supporting Sculpture House Collective’s strategic development and partnership cultivation alongside its lead artists and the Board of Trustees. This management position oversees all daily operations, from facility and administrative management (including policies, risk, and governance) to supporting financial planning, fundraising, and project delivery, ensuring the efficient and effective running of Sculpture House.
Erskine Arts
Creative Wellbeing Practitioner
Erskine Arts is recruiting a Creative Wellbeing Practitioner to lead on the development and delivery of a new wellbeing-focused outreach programme, launching in January 2026. The successful applicant will spend the initial 3-4 months in a planning and preparation phase: mapping local needs, consulting with key partners, designing sessions and identifying participants across Erskine and wider Renfrewshire. This will run alongside light-touch pre-launch outreach activity to start building engagement and relationships with the local community
Fundraising Officer
We are seeking a proactive and creative Fundraising Officer to help secure the future sustainability of Erskine Arts by increasing income from a variety of sources. This role will focus on two key areas:
- Writing and submitting funding applications to trusts, foundations, and other relevant bodies.
- Building and coordinating community-based fundraising activities, including establishing and leading a fundraising committee made up of Erskine Arts members.
The postholder will work closely with the leadership team to align fundraising activities with our strategic priorities and ensure that every opportunity maximises both income and community engagement.

This is a senior post that supports leadership principally within the Finance and ICT Team, helping to inspire innovation and embed a culture of digital excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement. As Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring high standards of governance, performance, and customer service.
We’re looking for a confident and collaborative individual with a strong understanding of accountancy procedures, financial and governance legislation.

SUSE Apt Renfrewshire Training - REMINDER TO BOOK
Scottish Union of Supported Employment (SUSE) are working with Renfrewshire Local Employability Partnership to provide free training to employers, including third sector employers, based and/or operating in the area.
Through Apt’s specialised training sessions, you’ll gain the tools, insights and confidence to recruit and retain disabled talent, helping your business thrive. These expert-led sessions will expand your knowledge, support inclusive practices and ensure your workplace is set up for success.

Tues 9th Sept Inclusive Communications: Enhancing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion 10.30am-1pm
This training covers key principles such as layout, font choice, colour contrast, and the use of plain language to ensure information is clear and easy to navigate. You’ll also learn about the importance of offering materials in alternative formats, such as large print, audio, or braille to meet your duties under the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Equality Duty.
Mon 15th Sept Managing Arthritis and MSK in the Workplace 2pm-4pm
This session will increase your knowledge of incidence and impact of arthritis and musculoskeletal conditions (MSK) within work. We will provide you with an understanding and application of rights, reasonable adjustments, good practice in supporting staff living with arthritis or MSK, workplace solutions, principles of Self-management, promoting good MSK health and related information resources. This session will help employers support their employees to work well with their condition.
Wed 17th Sept From Awareness to Action: Bipolar at Work 2pm-4pm
This 2-hour online training session offers a practical introduction to bipolar in the workplace. Participants will gain a clear understanding of what bipolar is, how it may present and what effective support can look like. Drawing on lived experience and practical guidance, the session also explores reducing stigma and provides an opportunity to discuss appropriate and meaningful reasonable adjustments.
