Funding and Organisation Development Officer
You will strengthen the voluntary sector in Renfrewshire by increasing the capacity of Engage Renfrewshire members through; supporting governance and organisational development, designing and delivering a training calendar, and promoting and advising on diverse funding streams. 
The job can be seen as a community engager, and the post holder will support groups to develop within their local areas. Your work at Engage Renfrewshire will encourage local people to work together to make change happen in their communities.

Equalities Development Officer
We are currently looking for an Equalities Development Officer to join our Partnerships and Inequalities Team. This role will suit a strategic and collaborative individual with effective relationship building skills with a knowledge and genuine interest in equalities. Located within the Chief Executive’s Service, the Development Officer will play a key role in leading, developing and coordinating Renfrewshire Council’s approach to equalities. This includes providing strategic support to Chief Executive, Corporate Management Team and elected members, including specific support to the organisation’s transformation and financial sustainability programmes.

Lochwinnoch Community Development Trust
Development Officer
We are seeking a Development Officer, this is an exciting opportunity for someone to work part-time on a flexible basis as part of a community-led organisation. Hours will be 21 per week, with occasional evening or weekend working as required. The salary will be £29,120 pro-rata and the contract will last for five months initially, with a possibility of extending for a further nine months, depending on funding availability.
