In the role of Individual Giving and Fundraising Officer, you will have a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of Individual Giving and Fundraising activities that increase income and engagement for St Vincent’s Hospice. This diverse position demands outstanding organisational skills, precision, and the capability to prioritise a diverse range of tasks.
Online Trading Assistant
We’re looking for someone who loves researching and selling items online. The ability to spot desirable branded fashion and items of value is fundamental. A good knowledge of the eBay platform is essential together with strong literacy and IT skills to list items with an eye-catching image accurately and quickly.

We are seeking a dedicated and pro-active Administration Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our services. This role requires someone who is highly organised, compassionate, has a good eye for detail. You should have good customer care experience and enjoy working in a busy office environment as a part of a friendly, well established team.

Trainees have the opportunity to:
- Gain qualifications in SCPLH -Personal Bar License, Customer Service - great qualifications to have on their cv and get them to the top of the ladder for interviews.
- Visit the Glenkinchie whisky distillery and Johnny Walker Princess Street in Edinburgh for whisky experiences.
- Hear from guest speakers - people within the industry.
- Venue visits - showround of a venue and hear about all the opportunities in Hospitality.
- Practical days - cocktails, order taking, customer service, tray and plate carrying and more.
- Pre-employability session such as Confidence building, CV and Cover letters, Teamwork, Interviews and set up Mock interviews with people from Hospitality, Job search sessions, and more.
- Specialist Diageo Bar Academy e-learning, perfect serves, spirits and cocktails
- Module Unique to Diageo content,
- Access to over 60 modules on our E Learning platform
- Opportunity to attend/work at Diageo led events
After the 3rd week we then look at a work placement, so they can gain more experience in the operations, and set up interviews for live vacancies.
