We're looking for a passionate Community Development Worker to join the Sustainable Communities Seedhill project! Help empower local residents, foster community cohesion, and reduce social isolation, especially for marginalized groups in Seedhill, Scotland. Funded by Renfrewshire Council and supported by RIG Arts, this role is vital to developing a community-informed exit plan for the Community Arts Space (CAS) as we transition to potential community ownership. Food Bank Adviser
Renfrewshire Citizen Advice Bureau aims to improve the financial well-being, financial resilience, financial inclusion, and financial capacity of people on low-income living in deprived areas across Renfrewshire who are accessing Food Banks to survive. It seeks to inform, enable, and empower the community and address the underlying financial issues that drive Food Bank dependency. The Food Bank Adviser will provide immediate advice, information, and representation to vulnerable individuals engaged in the Food Bank support process and, where necessary, refer and support clients to access appropriate services provided by different agencies.
