Collective Advocacy Worker (Veterans)
36.25 hours per week (full time). Salary: £25,778 – £28,533 p.a.
CAPS is delighted to be facilitating Collective Advocacy for veterans across Scotland. We require a proactive collective advocacy worker to gather the views of veterans to help shape the work of the Scottish Veterans Wellbeing Alliance, bringing the voice of lived experience to their work. Your role is to ensure veterans’ voices are heard by the Alliance and encourage them to draw on their experiences and express their views and wishes, to influence and improve the services available to veterans across Scotland. 
 

Active Communities
Community Development Worker
This is a new position, funded by Renfrewshire Council, to develop our work in Gallowhill, Paisley, to engage and build meaningful connections and be an effective advocate for local people to ensure they receive the support and services they need. The Community Development worker will organise a range of events, activities and groups to galvanise the community to be more socially active and involved in local matters. They will work flexibly, responding to the needs of the community. The post holder should be a warm, welcoming and people-focused person who can strongly bring people together and lead social activities. They should have strong compassion for people's situations and build positive, sustainable relationships with service providers. This post requires a satisfactory PVG check for both adults and children.

HR Support

RAMH have recruited an excellent part-time HR manager with over 20 years' experience in the Third Sector. This part time arrangement meets the current needs of RAMH – however if your organisation is also looking for additional HR support, and could make use of the hours RAMH don't use, we would love to hear from you.
