ADP Planning and Development Officer
Renfrewshire Alcohol & Drug Partnership (ADP) is looking for a enthusiastic and skilled individual to join the ADP support team on a fixed term basis for up to 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave. As ADP Planning and Development Officer you will be part of a small, dynamic team who work collaboratively with partners, support the complex work of the ADP and directly contribute to improving recovery outcomes for individuals affected by alcohol & drugs. Applications are welcome from individuals who are passionate and highly motivated in delivering the ADP strategic framework, including those with lived experience.
You First Advocacy
Engagement and Development Officer
This is an exciting and challenging post for a person who supports social justice and the rights of vulnerable individuals, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to participate in the development of an established Advocacy Service. This post will contribute effectively to the You First Advocacy Service, which provides independent issue-based Advocacy support to people at risk, aged over 16 in the community and in hospital. You First Advocacy provides free support to people who need help to understand their rights and express themselves. As an ambassador for You First Advocacy you will share our story by providing engagement and development expertise to work in partnership with our communities, to enable Advocacy provision that benefits people in Renfrewshire.

Assistant Housing Services Officer
It is our objective to deliver first-class customer services to our tenants whilst providing high quality homes, communities and sustainable tenancies. As an Assistant Housing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our vision. In this role you’ll need to demonstrate confidence in communicating with our customers and with other departments within the Association. You will require an understanding of the role of the housing services team. You will be working within the Housing Service Team delivering a range of housing services with a particular focus on arrears management and estate management.

The Money Advice Worker will provide front line money advice services to mitigate the impact of poverty and inequality in South Carrick. The money advice service is an integral part of the family support service providing community-based early intervention and prevention services for children, young people and families.
Family Support Worker (Girvan)
To provide early intervention and intensive family support to achieve improved outcomes for children, young people and families living in the South Carrick area of South Ayrshire. A Qualification in Social Work; Community work; minimum SVQ4 CCLD or equivalent qualification and 2 years proven experience of working with parents in a community setting is essential for this post. The successful candidate will have insight, understanding and empathy towards the needs of parents and an ability to understand and support parents in a non-judgemental way.
