We are looking for a motivated and organised Corporate Fundraising Assistant to help us raise vital funds and awareness to continue our life-changing work. As a key member of the fundraising team you will have the opportunity to make this post your own as your skills and experience develop; being involved across all areas of fundraising but predominantly helping us to grow corporate & events income generation and ensuring effective donor stewardship. Hours - Part-time (23 hours) - rotational. Hourly Rate - £12.21 per hour (+15% shift allowance for qualifying shifts)

Provide practical guidance to support service users’ progression and risk management in employment. Delivering in-work support; progression discussions; practical advice and guidance; career development and progression; identifying and mitigating workplace risks; scenario-based exercises. Support service users to progress and sustain employment. Assess and mitigate risk while enabling career development opportunities.

Action Planning for service users

Enable key workers to create tailored, SMART action plans aligned with service users’ guides. Techniques for identifying service users’ goals and aspirations; methods for developing SMART action plans; practical exercises on tailoring plans to individual needs.
