Senior staff member, reporting to a volunteer Board of Trustees.
Overall responsibility for service delivery and resource management.

Mental Health across Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire and to lesser degrees North Ayrshire and Argyll and Bute. Ancillary areas may adapt due to contracting opportunities or challenges.
Supported around 7,300 people in the year 2018/2019.
Currently employ 180 staff and benefit from the support of 50 volunteers
Budget around £3.8m

Retire to my Highland retreat as often as possible (Very old caravan in a field in Moidart)
