CEO-Oversee the Operational and Strategic direction of Roar and report to the Board of Trustees.
Previously worked at Police Scotland as a Police Inspector and retired after 30 years in November 2020.

Roar is governed by a Board of Trustees. The Board, in partnership with the CEO are responsible for making the strategic decisions about the direction of the organisation and has legal liability for how it operates. The Board of Trustees delegates the day-to-day management of ROAR to the CEO, who is responsible for managing paid staff and all operational delivery. Roar also engages volunteers who are crucial in delivering our services.
