This interactive session will help you develop a clear vision of digital and what it can do for your organisation. We will explore the key elements that underpin a digital strategy as well as looking at themes such as leadership, culture, data, cybersecurity, service design and flexible technology.
Starting with a rapid overview session, we will then move into the surgery, allowing you to bring your digital strategy issues in an interactive Q&A.
Topics that are likely to be covered during this session are:
- Remote working and culture.
- What role your board and senior team should play.
- Designing digital services effectively.
- How to become a more data-driven non-profit.
Ross McCulloch is Director at Third Sector Lab LTD. He has worked with a wide range of charity and public sector clients on digital and social media strategy, including Relationships Scotland, SCVO, Oxfam, Enable Scotland and CCPS. Ross facilitates SCVO's digital senior leaders programme and is a trustee of Parenting Across Scotland & Impact Funding Partners.
