With increasing time spent online and rising feelings of isolation, many people are more susceptible to online fraud. As digital interactions grow, the demand for online safety education becomes more critical. This is an opportunity for you to make a significant impact by helping others stay safe online.
Through our partnership with Get Safe Online, the Online Safety Ambassador program empowers dedicated individuals like you to champion safer online behaviours both within your immediate circles and the wider community.
As an Online Safety Ambassador, you will:
• Choose your engagement approach: Whether it's at work, with family, friends, or in your community, you decide how you connect.
• Increase awareness: Teach people how to safely and responsibly explore the online world.
• Empower individuals: Offer advice and guide others to adopt best practices in safeguarding their personal information and avoiding online scams.
Lack of experience isn’t a barrier— comprehensive training and resources are provided. You'll be well-equipped to confidently assist others, supported by a network of fellow ambassadors.
