Workshop Description
This creative workshop follows on from ‘Getting Started: Outcomes and Indicators.
Explore the questions and processes involved in choosing fit-for-purpose evaluation methods; those that will help you measure your outcome indicators in a way that suits your project and its service users. You will also consider how to keep evaluation proportionate to your work and resources.
At this workshop you will:

- Understand the steps and principles to follow when choosing or developing evaluation methods
- Use different methods and tools to collect information about your outcomes
- Put in place a monitoring and evaluation plan for your project /organisation
How our workshops run:
There will be a mixture of PowerPoint presentation and trainer guided exercises. We’ll help you learn from other participants and apply the learning to your work. There will be an icebreaker exercise at the start of the day to get to know each other. Participants will be placed in small groups to complete group activities.
For an engaging learning environment, we expect all attendees to actively participate in our workshops and to commit their full attention to the whole session. Please read our digital etiquette and best practice for online events.
