Cyber Security Password Training **FREE EVENT**

Strong passwords remain one of the simplest and most effective ways we can protect ourselves, our colleagues, and the Council from cyber threats.  Yet, low quality and reused passwords can be a common problem. 
 
To combat this, our security and compliance manager, Cathie Fraser, is hosting one-hour training sessions on Microsoft Teams for all networked colleagues.  
 
You’ll learn: 
 
•    How to create strong, secure passwords that are easy to remember but hard to crack. 
•    How to check if your passwords may already be known to hackers. 
•    Simple techniques for managing multiple passwords safely across work and personal accounts. 
•    How password habits directly protect our systems, services, and the people who rely on them.
