Finance Officer

I have worked at Engage since January 2012.

I am responsible for the Sales Ledger of Engage, Childcare First & recording the bank transactions of all our individual payroll clients.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Raising invoices for money owed to Engage(ER) or Childcare First (CCF)
• Debt chasing outstanding monies
• Liaise with CCF relating to parental fees and payments
• Client bank reconciliations
• Client internal transfers / invoices owed to ER
• Monitoring reports for Renfrewshire Council
• Balance sheet control accounts  for ER, CCF and clients 

Outwith Engage I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and enjoy the outdoors.
