Volunteers Week CALL OUT

Share your volunteers stories during Volunteers' Week

Volunteers’ Week is fast approaching! We’d love to celebrate your volunteers by sharing quotes, blogs, pictures and good news stories in our ‘Volunteers Week’ special edition newsletter.

Unsure what to ask your volunteers to gather impact? I’ve included some ideas below...

  • What motivated you to volunteer?
  • What difference have you made through your volunteering?
  • How has volunteering impacted you?
  • If you could describe your volunteering experience in three words, what would they be?

We can’t wait to see and share their responses! Please send us your content by Tuesday 04 June to be included in Friday’s newsletter.

Are you planning a Volunteers Week event? Send us the details and we’ll happily share the details.

Remember to tag us in any Volunteers Week social media posts @engagenews1 @louisewalker98

Thank your volunteers for their incredible contributions with our specially designed ‘Thank you for volunteering in Renfrewshire’ certificate to download and print.

Contact us to be sent the downloadable version of the certificate.

Renfrewshire Witch Hunt
Research Assistant
Renfrewshire Witch Hunt is a volunteer led organisation, their creative hub is based within The Paisley shopping centre, High Street, Paisley. Within the hub they have their research area which tells the story of the Witch Hunt in 1697. The unique history of the Renfrewshire Witch Hunt allows them to encompass a wide section of Paisley’s history – from medieval times to present day.
The Research Assistant volunteer role involves learning about and researching the Renfrewshire Witch Hunt 1697 history, and transcribing the trial transcripts so they can be used in research, talks and a book.
