Facilitator (Quality Improvement Team)
Part-Time 21 hrs
Reporting to the Development Lead, this exciting opportunity will give the role holder scope to help VIAS to expand delivery of our Quality Improvement Service. This will grow and develop the organisation’s commitment to disabled people, in particular, people with learning disabilities and/ or autism gaining and sustaining paid employment.  The successful candidate will support the Lead Consultant (Quality Improvement Team) to coordinate, administer and deliver training, evaluation and consultancy in line with VIAS strategy.

Sales Administrator Trainee
The Sales Administrator Trainee will support a busy sales team by managing office tasks, tracking customer orders, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves regular communication with customers and suppliers via email, phone, and occasionally in person. Based at the Bishopton factory, this is a developmental opportunity with training and support provided, including the chance to work towards formal qualifications. Some remote work may be possible in exceptional cases. The role is funded for up to 30 hrs/wk for 22 months at the Scottish Living Wage. The funder’s conditions insist that the job holder must have a registered disability. This can be a physical, neurological or psychological condition.

Carers Engagement Officer
Having successfully secured multi-year funding from the National Lottery Community Fund, we are delighted to continue our Carers Engagement work until the 31 August 2028. We are now looking to recruit a Carers Engagement Worker to join our successful team.
We want Renfrewshire to be a Carer friendly community where we work in partnership with Statutory, Third Sector, Private and Community organisations to ensure:

  • Carers have a voice and are involved in shaping the services offered
  • Carers are listened to and valued in their role

St Vincent’s Hospice is looking to expand our bank team of Staff Nurses, help us make a real difference in the lives of patients & their families.Hourly Rate –  £17.42 per hour (+15% shift allowance for qualifying shifts)
 
Trust & Foundations Manager
This is an exciting role responsible for driving the growth of Trusts and Foundations income for St Vincent’s Hospice.  Salary - £36,000-£40,000 per annum
 
Head of Business Development
St Vincent’s Hospice is seeking a Head of Business Development to play a pivotal role in our financial sustainability and long-term growth  Salary - £48,000 per annum
