Director of Finance & Corporate Services
The Director of Finance & Corporate Services is responsible for the strategic management of our finance functions, together with the Corporate Services functions encompassing governance, IT, HR, communications and compliance. With strong leadership skills, you will lead and manage the teams, and provide support across the Association, as well as to the Board. You will lead on the financial strategy and as a member of the Leadership Team you will contribute to the development and delivery of our business planning and strategic plan.

Administration Officer 
We are seeking an Administration Officer with good customer care experience who would like to work in a very busy office environment to carry out a wide range of admin duties. This will include collating and input of service delivery information and producing reports, maintaining data-bases and spreadsheets, preparing correspondence, taking minutes of meetings, dealing with telephone enquiries, reception duties, liaising with the team, maintaining manual and electronic filing systems, data entry and general admin duties as required.

We’re very excited to welcome three new team members to the Community and Voluntary Action Team at Engage.
 
Ramatu Umar Bako joins us as IN-Ren Officer, supporting ethnically diverse communities in Renfrewshire and the ongoing development of the Integration Network Renfrewshire (IN-Ren). Any members currently working with ethnically diverse communities, or looking to engage these communities please contact rumarbako@engagerenfrewshire.com
 
Aniara Omann takes up an entirely new role for Engage, Wellbeing Engagement Assistant, and will be supporting groups and organisations funded via the Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund (year three of which closes a week today). Any funded groups looking for support with promoting their work, signposting to other services, or partners looking to engage the Renfrewshire Wellbeing Network please contact Aniara aomann@engagerenfrewshire.com
 
Louise Walker is our new Volunteer Development Officer, one of our core development roles here at Engage. Volunteer involving organisations of any size are encouraged to contact Louise if they have any questions about developing their volunteering programmes, the Volunteer Friendly Award, our volunteering website (Team Kinetic), rewarding young volunteers via the Saltire Awards or anything else volunteering.
