Finance Officer Full Time
We are recruiting for an experienced Finance Officer to join our friendly team. The role would suit a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual familiar with Bookkeeping, Year-End Processing, Account Reconciliation, and Sage Package. Engage Renfrewshire offers flexible working, as well as a generous annual leave package, and Work Place Pension.

IN-Ren Officer
The IN-Ren Officer, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, will lead our programme and act as an integration conduit for Renfrewshire’s ethnically diverse groups. The officer will deliver a programme to reduce barriers as described by our target communities. The IN-Ren Officer will lead an approach that includes a commitment to developing strong sustained advocacy by empowering participants to act as local advocates themselves, for their growing communities. As part of Renfrewshire’s ongoing commitment to using culture as a means of improving life chances, the officer will also support codesign of and involvement in local cultural programmes.

Wellbeing Engagement Assistant (PT)
To assist in the delivery of the Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund and the development of the associated Renfrewshire Wellbeing Network.

The role of Tenancy Support Worker is to identify, assess, and support our tenants, some of whom may be vulnerable with complex needs, enabling them to address barriers and successfully sustain their tenancies. The post also involves dealing with energy which will include administering referrals for fuel vouchers, fuel debt, energy supply issues, billing and metering problems, as well as assisting the Community Housing Manager in identifying and applying for suitable grants related to energy advice and support.

St Vincent's Hospice
Shop Supervisor
St. Vincent’s Hospice currently has a fantastic opportunity for an innovative Shop Supervisor, who is looking to make their mark in our new Johnstone Pre-Loved store opening soon. As a member of our retail team you will join us working 24 hours per week on a rota basis (to include weekends). You will combine commercial acumen with creativity, leading a team of volunteers to deliver the highest standards of customer service and presentation to maximise income for the hospice. 

Are you a creative, hardworking and organised fundraiser? We are looking for a corporate, community and events fundraiser who enjoys building positive and long-lasting relationships with our local communities to deliver vital income for St Vincent’s Hospice. You will develop and deliver fundraising initiatives through partnerships with local groups, schools, organisations and individuals.

Alice McBride, Community & Partnership Manager
We’re delighted to announce that Alice McBride has been appointed as the new Community & Partnership Manager here at Engage Renfrewshire.
Alice will be managing our Community & Voluntary Action Team, as well as continuing to lead the Community Mental Health & Wellbeing work supported by the organisation.

  •  Aged 16-30
  • Not in full time employment or education
  • Employment ready and able to work required industry hours on completion (shifts/lates/weekends)
  • Desire in securing employment in the Retail sector
  • Have right to work documentation (passport/ full birth certificate and proof of national insurance number)

Logistical details

  •  Travel provided by Prince’s Trust
  • Lunch provided by Prince’s Trust
  • Uniform provided by JD Sports
