I AM ME - KEEP SAFE AWARENESS DAY: 04 MARCH 2021.
We hope you are keeping safe and well at this difficult time. We wanted to let you know about the first ever I Am Me Keep Safe Awareness Day that will be held on the 04 March 2021.
We understand the pressures local businesses are under at the moment and therefore would like to highlight that participation in the day is not essential. However, a social media pack will be made available nearer the time if you would like to support the day by sharing messages on your social media channels to raise awareness of the Keep Safe Initiative.
In the meantime, we would like to thank you for being a Keep Safe place and for supporting disabled and vulnerable people to feel safe within your community. In recognition of the fantastic work within communities, we are working with Police Scotland to introduce a Keep Safe place award. Nominations can be emailed to us and the winner will be announced on the 04 March. The winner will receive the ‘Keep Safe Place Award 2021’ trophy.
Please feel free to share and encourage any customers/friends/service users to nominate your Keep Safe place.
