Upgrade to National Cycle Routes

We have been awarded £143,000 from Sustrans Scotland to upgrade the National Cycle Route network in Renfrewshire.
As we want to ensure that active travel is a viable option for all residents and visitors to Renfrewshire, we were delighted to receive this funding which will allow improvements to be made to a some of our most well-used cycle routes.
We want to encourage people to walk, wheel or cycle whenever possible to support people to live healthier more active lives, as well as furthering our climate change ambitions as people leave the car at home and use active travel methods instead.
