Order your free Run your own Recovery Conversation Café toolkit

The Minister for Mental Wellbeing and Social Care, Kevin Stewart MSP recently launched the new Run your own Recovery Conversation Café toolkit.

Providing a different approach to engagement a recovery conversation café moves away from traditional consultation. The approach creates a welcoming environment where people are not just passive responders but active participants, listening to each other and building on ideas. This free toolkit supports you to plan and facilitate your own recovery conversation cafés. It helps you to find out what is important to the people you engage with and enables the services and organisations you work with to do the same.

To order your free hard copy toolkit(s) give our administrator Jane a call on 0300 323 9956 or email info@scottishrecovery.net (Scotland only)
You can also download all the elements of the toolkit on our website

Funding

Scotland Loves Local Fund
The Scottish Government Scotland Loves Local Fund aims to empower communities by enabling local delivery, and giving them support and guidance to help them achieve aims important to them. The fund will support eligible groups to develop projects to build the wealth of our local communities, revitalise our local places, town centres, or 20 minute neighbourhoods; increasing footfall and activity. This will be by encouraging communities to ‘think, choose and love local’, improving, supporting, and promoting local places, and communities. Examples of relevant actions include: Marketing and advertising, Providing information for local residents/residents, Small scale green infrastructure projects and Refurbishment/enhancement of vacant and derelict sites.
Date re-opened: 9th August 2021
Next deadline: 1st October 2021
