Good News Stories

Good News Story - Last week during the very hot, very dry days (that already seem quite long ago!) Friends of Barshaw Park put out a call for bottled tap water to help keep the garden watered as they had no running water in the garden. Lots of sharing and a piece in the PDX later and they did get a lot of water donated as well as lots of interaction on Facebook calling for a main supply to be added. Anyway, skip to this weekend and a local plumber offered to install a tap for them: https://www.facebook.com/barshawfriends/posts/3490134421210371

  • The type of services and products the council procures
  • The tender processes
  • Future tenders and work in the pipeline

The Webinar will cover all work with the Council (not just employability contracts) but our RLEP representative Michael Moran (Michael chaired the workshop on co-commissioning) will be at the session to answer any questions.
