Support for Individuals
November has arrived and with it a myriad of events (and people!) have come to Scotland for COP26. A comprehensive list of creative events and exhibitions taking place during the UN Climate Change Conference can be found inside the newsletter, with many events inviting artists and citizens to get involved. This edition of POP! News also includes two pages of exciting job opportunities and calls for entries, in addition to funding opportunities for older artists and projects that focus on mental health. We hope you enjoy reading this issue.
Scottish Families Affected by Alcohol and Drugs is working with Renfrewshire Council and its partners to understand more about the experiences of individuals, families and the wider community in relation to alcohol and drug harm across the area.
This survey is for anyone aged 16+ years who lives or works in Renfrewshire.
We know that many people are concerned about someone else’s alcohol or drug use. However, they may feel too embarrassed, ashamed or afraid to talk to anyone else about this.
Working together, we want to hear from you about local views, issues and experiences around substance use.
This will help us reach families affected by alcohol and drugs, including those who are not in touch with support services.
All survey responses will be treated in confidence.
Please help us by filling in this survey. It should take around 10 minutes to complete.
Feel free to share this link with other family members, friends, neighbours and work colleagues who may be interested in taking part.
