Funding
Community and Third Sector Recovery Programme
The £40 million programme was launched in September 2020 to provide support for Third Sector Organisations (TSOs), such as charities, community groups, social enterprises and voluntary organisations through lockdown and as we begin to move towards recovery from the pandemic. The programme has two strands:
Adapt and Thrive aims to support organisational recovery and change.
A grant fund which supports community focused organisations to deliver services which counter the impacts of COVID-19.
You can apply for a minimum of £5,000 and up to £25,000 for an individual organisation, or £75,000 for a partnership application.
Applications can be funded for a period of up to 8 months from 1 October 2020.
It’s open for applications until March 2021 or until the budget is fully committed if sooner.
Who can apply?
Incorporated voluntary or community organisations, registered charities and Community Councils.
Your organisation must have been established, operating and making a positive contribution for your community before 1st January 2020.You could also apply under a partnership application through an eligible group. Your local Third Sector Interface (TSI) will be able to help you identify potential partner organisations. You can contact them at:
