25 August 2020 marks NHS Living Life Day
During these times when face to face support services are at a minimum, the NHS Living Life phone line can provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Guided Self Help to the people of Scotland who present with mild to moderate issues of stress and anxiety. The service is funded by the Scottish Government and NHS 24.
The service can be accessed anyone 16+ who can refer themselves for an assessment by phoning 0800 328 9655 (Monday to Friday: 1pm - 9pm). There is no cost.
