Planning and Delivery for Start Ups

The aim of this training workshop is to help you develop a plan for your social enterprise which includes equal focus on the commercial and social and/or environmental elements. The session provides practical tools to support business planning and delivery, and will offer greater insight to how social enterprise business models work. It will outline the different stages of the entrepreneurial journey, from original idea to motivation, preparation, testing and delivery.
